We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email.

Appointment Time/Late Arrivals

We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Out of respect for all clients, we cannot cut into another client's appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late. 


Lash Refills: If you are 15 minutes late for an appointment it's ok. However, that is 15 minutes that the lash artist won't be able to work on your lashes. Your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged full price.

Cancellation & No Show

Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. We understand that issues arise. However, If you do not cancel at least 6 hours before your appointment time, we will charge you for 50% of your appointment services. 


Cancellation by calling or texting 864-735-8032, or 864-735-4948 is welcomed.  You can also cancel through your confirmation text.

Refund Policy

You are paying for artist time, products, and other expenses used to provide your service. No refunds will be given for any reason. We will try to ensure that you are satisfied with your services and products.

Gift Card Policy

- Gift Cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service

- Please call Blossoms Day Spa & Salon concerning lost Gift Cards

- All Gift Cards are non-refundable

- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash

- Gift Cards are valid at Blossoms Day Spa & Salon only for products and services available
